Course Overview

This course explores how bias influences the way we see and interpret the world , and how we can take practical steps to make fairer decisions. You’ll start with an introduction to the psychology of bias, uncovering how unconscious patterns shape judgement in music and professional settings. From there, we’ll break down simple but effective strategies for recognising and reducing bias. The A to E system provides a clear framework of practical steps you can use to challenge assumptions and create more inclusive outcomes.
