I am a PhD candidate at Queen Mary University London in the Centre for Research in Equality and Diversity ensuring all work I conduct is grounded in evidence-based research.  I am a member of the Equality and Diversity UK Professional Facilitators Network.  I also sit on and advise numerous other diversity initiatives and organisations across the music industry.

Alongside my standard business consultancy services I also offer a comprehensive range of specialist EDI services for creative organisations, liaising directly with CEOs, Boards, and HR departments as well as training full staff teams.  Services include:

  • Chairing panels or giving Keynotes on EDI topics at industry conferences
  • Bespoke EDI research
  • Demographic data collection methodologies
  • Identifying EDI aims and creating Equality & Diversity Policies and Action Plans
  • Full business mainstreaming strategy work with the Music Culture Creator program, a 6-step change management process aimed at creative businesses that enable a systematic approach to embedding EDI principles and processes in your organisation in order to reduce HR costs and improve your resilience and reputation.

I facilitate in-person workshops or online interactive workshops for 10 – 30 participants and webinars up to approximately 100.  All presentations are designed with a deep understanding of running businesses in music.  All workshops are included in the full Music Culture Creator program or can be booked as individual modules.   Workshop topics (2-hours to 1 day) include:
