You’ll start with an introduction to the psychology of bias, uncovering how unconscious patterns shape judgement in music and professional settings. From there, we’ll break down simple but effective strategies for recognising and reducing bias. The A to E system provides a clear framework of practical steps you can use to challenge assumptions and create more inclusive outcomes.

- Aimed at those who work in diversity conscious startups & SMEs, music and creative organisations, cultural institutions, sector bodies, and those in music education or as a self-employed music professional.
